Project description:
The project aimed to learn from masters by copying their work, providing a platform to practice skilled painting techniques before developing an individual approach. Copying quality work allows for valuable experience and practice without the pressures of creating original content.The project is Inspired by the International Typographic Style, also known as “Swiss Style,” specifically Dietmar Winkler’s scientific and contrast-driven approach, I applied this aesthetic to a project centered around the German Metalcore band Electric Callboy. Choosing bright colors for a lighthearted vibe, I took a literal approach in line with Winkler’s style to create a design that harmonized with both the artist and the band.
